The third-party EBT processor is currently experiencing an outage. We are working closely with them to determine when this issue will be resolved. As we receive information, this message will be updated to provide an estimated time at which the service will be resolved.
The third-party EBT processor resolved a service outage that was experienced earlier today. Service has been restored; however, you may need to disconnect and reconnect the power supply to your EBT terminal to begin processing transactions again. Feel free to contact our Help Desk at 800.277.5165 if this does not resolve your technical issue.
