October 30th Update

The government shutdown has delayed SNAP benefit funds. Previously unused SNAP funds are permitted for use. Some states are arranging alternative food access for November until the government reopens. Upon the government reopening, government funds will be made immediately available to SNAP recipients on a non-pro-rated basis. We will continue to keep you updated as we learn more. EBT Processing Outage – RESOLVED 10:00 AM ET on March 18th, 2025

The third-party EBT processor resolved a service outage that was experienced earlier today. Service has been restored; however, you may need to disconnect and reconnect the power supply to your EBT terminal to begin processing transactions again.
